What I'm Doing in The Gym These Days....
I'm training for my FIRST Spartan Race, so I'm mixing running and strength training. I am all about the #girlsgonestrong movement!
I had NEVER lifted weights before touching kettlebells, but once I did, I haven't looked back!
I currently use Jen Sinkler's Lift Weights Faster program as my guide, along with a short run each day, combined with at least one long run once a week.
